Solaris NTP

Solaris NTP is a UNIX operating system and is used to allow for Time sycnhronisation on a network. Solaris NTP uses a software called xntpd, xntpd is an operating system daemon which sets and maintains the system time-of-day in synchronism with Internet standard time servers. xntpd is a complete implementation of the Network Time Protocol (NTP).
